We arrange all types of meetings - from small business meetings and conferences to larger events for up to 1200 guests. Here you can choose between 20 different meeting rooms in different sizes. All our premises are equipped with the absolute latest technology, carefully selected furnishings and modern design. Here you will find, for example, our New York auditorium with 170 very comfortable armchairs, local Stockholm with design influences from the city and nature, or cozy Geneva, which is perfect for the slightly smaller group. We also offer up to 700 square meters of exhibition space for, for example, display of booths, exhibitions and product displays.

Do you want good food in a cozy environment? WTC Restaurant offers both lunch and dinner. Our talented chefs let the seasonal ingredients inspire carefully prepared dishes, and whether you want a much-needed break in the conference or a good rounding off of an intense day, we have something for all tastes.

Being meeting certified by Svenska Möten means that employees at our facility have undergone extensive training with the aim of acting as advisors through the entire booking and planning process of meetings and conferences. You haven't missed the new conference part of our facility, here are six brand new rooms that are all equipped with the latest technology and an inviting design.

The new premises Casablanca, Hong Kong, Miami, Santiago, Dubai and Monaco can accommodate anything from 6 to 50 people and are located in a separate part of ours with its own lounge.

You can have coffee and mingle in the lovely lounge area, comfortable armchairs and dim lighting increase the cozy factor. Of course, juice, coffee/tea and self-bottled water are always available. Or why not end your meeting with us with a nice mingling in the lounge with something nice to drink and some snacks?
